Schedule of Events

One afternoon, five milestones — here's how the day unfolds from first car in to last car out.

2:00 PM Parking lot opens Show vehicles arrive and get settled into position ahead of spectators.
3:00 PM Event start Gates open to spectators — food and the full show lot open for browsing.
5:00 PM Voting closes All show vehicles must be parked and settled for fan voting.
6:00 PM Awards announced Winners are named across categories, as voted on by the fans.
7:00 PM Event ends Thanks for coming out — see you at the next one.

Rucksack Ration Mass Distribution | June 15th, 2026

Heroes Never Alone, in partnership with the Westmoreland County Food Bank, is proud to host a Rucksack Ration Mass Distribution on Monday, June 15th, 2026. This event is dedicated to supporting our veteran community by providing essential rations needed.


Veteran Registration Required


All veterans must be registered in advance to receive a Rucksack distribution.

Veteran's Day Dinner | November 11th, 2026

Heroes Never Alone is honored to announce our annual Veteran’s Day Dinner, taking place on Wednesday, November 11th, 2026. This cherished event brings our community together to recognize, celebrate, and honor the bravery and sacrifice of the men and women who have served our nation.

Honored Guest Speaker: Jessica Lynch

We are honored to welcome Jessica Lynch as our guest speaker. A former U.S. Army Private First Class and Prisoner of War, her courage and resilience have inspired millions. We are grateful to have her share her story with our veteran community and supporters.
